Pad Thai is an extremely popular Thai dish with a taste that is dominated by slightly sour and nutty elements. We start by frying rice noodles with seafood, we then add many different flavours into the dish including peanuts, tamarind, egg, garlic and tofu. Then we wrap it all up in a beautiful egg wrap.
